Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of our facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components. Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in machinery and building systems. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes. Assist with equipment installations, office moves, or remodeling projects as needed.
