Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mattress manufacturing machines
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Maintain machines such as quilting machines, foam cutting machines, spring assembly units, tape-edge machines, conveyors, and compressors
Ensure minimal machine downtime and quick resolution of breakdowns
Conduct routine inspections and lubrication of equipment
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and logs
Coordinate with production team for planned maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Handle installation and commissioning of new machines
Maintain tools, spares inventory, and utility equipment
Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to work in shifts

Work Conditions

Factory-based role
Shift duty as per production requirements
