1) Sales: Generating sales with existing customers and developing new opportunities.
2) Marketing: Arranging advertising and sending out details of new properties to people on your database.
3) Customer service: Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately as per client requirements.
4) Project Presentations: Deliver comprehensive presentations on various real estate projects, enabling clients to make informed decisions.
5) Site visits: Organizing site visits for prospective customers and accompanying clients to property sites.
6) Sales meetings: Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings for a better strategy.
7) Sales reporting: Reporting on sales activities to top management.
8) Sales transactions: Assisting with the follow-up and coordination of sales transactions, sales conversion, and loan drawdown.
9) Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our project offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.
10) Sales launch preparation: Preparing, organizing, and carrying out new project sales launch preparation, documentation, and marketing activities.
11) Sales database: Assisting with sourcing for the database and sales opportunities
