As a passionate sales professional at our growing organization in Indore, your role involves understanding client needs, creating informative presentations, and delivering information to potential clients. You will be responsible for generating new business through calls and emails, preparing and delivering sales pitches, and tracking sales targets. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, set up appointments, and collaborate with the business development team to create project strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client needs and pitch products/services effectively - Generate new business through calls and emails - Prepare and deliver sales pitches and product demonstrations - Track sales targets and document sales performance metrics - Identify and develop new business through networking - Set up appointments for meetings between potential customers and sales representatives - Brainstorm with the business development team to create project strategies - Explain product benefits and discuss pros and cons of various competing products/services - Analyze industry trends to ensure competitiveness - Maintain a strong pipeline, achieve revenue targets, and engage necessary resources from other teams - Conduct cold-calling to generate leads and arrange meetings - Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, or Marketing (Master's degree preferred) - More than 1 year of experience in IT sales - Excellent communication and emailing skills - Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities - Metrics-driven marketing mindset with a creative eye - Ability to explain IT product specifications and functionalities - In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, industry trends, and innovation - Experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns - Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy - Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills - Familiarity with marketing tools Join us on a full-time basis and be part of a dynamic team focused on achieving success in the IT sales industry.
