We are expanding our retail presence and looking for energetic Sales Executives to strengthen our market reach.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive who can drive market development, support existing distributors, identify new opportunities, and ensure smooth product availability in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with existing distributors and support their sales growth.
• Identify regions with weak or no distributor presence and help in appointing/strengthening distribution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Identify market issues, challenges, and opportunities, and report them to the management.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product visibility in the market.
• Conduct field visits regularly to track sales and stock availability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of direct FMCG field sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of distributor–retailer networks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Ability to analyze market challenges and suggest solutions.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
