Our flagship product Ragitone has been a household name in Kerala for decades. We are expanding our retail presence and looking for energetic Sales Executives to strengthen our market reach. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive who can drive market development, support existing distributors, identify new opportunities, and ensure smooth product availability in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Work closely with existing distributors and support their sales growth. Identify regions with weak or no distributor presence and help in appointing/strengthening distribution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Identify market issues, challenges, and opportunities, and report them to the management. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product visibility in the market. Conduct field visits regularly to track sales and stock availability. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of direct FMCG field sales experience . Strong knowledge of distributor–retailer networks. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
