Job Description

Job Location: DASHMESH Institute of Skill Development Foundation 2nd Floor, Nirmal Tower, Govt. College Chowk, Hoshiarpur

Job Type: Commission-Based (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Promote the institute’s courses and training programs to potential students.
Generate new admissions through fieldwork, social media, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and local community groups.
Distribute promotional materials (flyers, posters, social media posts).
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission processes.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets to earn additional incentives

Skills & Requirements:

No fixed qualification required (12th pass or Graduate preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing will be an advantage.
