Inn4Smart Solutions is a leading provider of prepaid metering solutions, helping property owners and end-users achieve greater transparency, efficiency, and convenience. We are expanding in Gurugram and looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Door-to-Door Sales: Actively visit PG societies, malls, and commercial properties across Gurugram to market and sell prepaid meter solutions.
• Daily Reporting to Management: Report daily sales activities, achievements, and updates directly to management.
• Lead Generation: Identify, approach, and engage potential clients within the assigned Gurugram territory.
• Product Demonstration: Effectively showcase the features and benefits of Inn4Smart prepaid meters to potential customers.
• Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Collection Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of sales payments.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, especially field or door-to-door sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to travel daily and conduct fieldwork across Gurugram.
• Ability to maintain accurate daily sales and collection reports.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Compensation

• Attractive base salary and performance-based incentives.
• Travel allowance as per company policy.
