Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: New Delhi
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Marketing

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our range of products, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the development of marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and networking.

· Generate leads, convert prospects, and expand the company’s market presence.

2. Client Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and timely support.

· Handle client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups efficiently.

3. Marketing Activities & Promotions

· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

· Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client events to increase brand visibility.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and digital content.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

· Conduct regular market surveys to understand customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor strategies.

· Share insights with management to support product positioning and marketing initiatives.

5. Reporting & Coordination

· Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for review by management.

· Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) for order execution and payment follow-ups.

6. Product Knowledge & Training

· Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.

· Communicate product benefits and technical details effectively to clients.

· Participate in regular product and sales training sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

· Energetic, confident, and target-oriented

· Must have geographical knowleadge

Qualifications & Experience:

· Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

· Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (preferably in Sneakers industries)

· Candidates with field experience will be given preference

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
