We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to contact vendors who have filled out our inquiry forms and gather detailed requirements from them. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring clear and professional communication to understand customer/vendor needs accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and connect with vendors who submitted inquiries via contact forms.
• Understand and gather exact requirements from the customers/vendors
• Maintain a clear record of conversations and requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal teams for lead processing and follow-ups.
• Build a strong report with vendors to ensure a positive experience.
• Update CRM or lead management systems accurately and regularly.
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and reporting metrics.
• Handle queries and provide information about our services.

Key Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi and English both preferred).
• Ability to listen carefully and extract detailed information.
• Basic knowledge of using CRM, Excel, or lead management software.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Positive attitude, energy, and a desire to learn and grow.
