Your expertise should extend to digital platforms, social media strategies, and online sales, coupled with a grasp of visual branding, customer journey design, and service innovation. Proficiency in design thinking, storytelling, and user-centered marketing is crucial, alongside the ability to discern product intricacies, art direction, and their impact on market perception. Ideally, you should be a strategic thinker with a multidisciplinary approach, comfortable using tools like Canva, Figma, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc. Excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and project management experience are valued qualities. Moreover, a deep understanding of board game history, genres, mechanics, and the global gaming community will be advantageous. Your core responsibilities will revolve around driving business development and sales by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, engaging with clients, and tailoring game solutions to meet customer needs. Crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various platforms, managing digital content campaigns, overseeing brand storytelling, and building influencer relationships will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing Bluencore's presence on e-commerce platforms, optimizing backend operations, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing goals with product development. Furthermore, you will contribute to community engagement initiatives, represent Bluencore at events, nurture online communities, and participate in discussions surrounding board game culture, education, and storytelling. Your ability to track and report on key performance indicators, sales funnels, campaign performance, and customer behavior insights will be critical in driving Bluencore's success.
