Qualification

• B.Sc. + MBA (Marketing)

  preferred

• 0–4 years of experience

  (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

What are we looking for

• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
• Basic understanding of testing services / FSSAI / NABL (preferred, not mandatory)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willing to travel for client visits, meetings, and industry events

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across multiple sectors
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturers, exporters, and industry partners
• Understand client testing needs and promote relevant laboratory services
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Track leads, maintain CRM/records, and generate regular reports
• Represent Ashwamedh Lab at exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events
• Support marketing campaigns, digital outreach, and content initiatives
