Role Description This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Sales Marketing Executive. The role involves developing and implementing marketing plans to promote publications and expand market presence. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends, managing sales strategies to meet targets, collaborating with the editorial team for promotional campaigns, and building strong relationships with booksellers, librarians, corporates, and authors. Additionally, the Sales Marketing Executive will spearhead marketing initiatives, coordinate book launches, and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Qualifications Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to design and execute effective sales and marketing strategies. Proficiency in Communication, including written and verbal skills, for presenting ideas and building relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Experience in Sales and Marketing with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Knowledge of the publishing industry or a background in book sales is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
