Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales. 2. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand image and identity. 4. Content Creation: Develop engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, brochures, etc.) to drive marketing efforts. 5. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. 6. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing channels, such as email, social media, and SEO. 7. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and track ROI. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in sales and/or marketing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team and independently - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools Skills: - Strong creative and strategic thinking - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Strong organizational and time management skills - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
