Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive Location: Pune Department: Sales and Marketing Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to help grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, promoting products or services, building relationships with clients, and executing marketing campaigns to increase visibility and sales performance. Key Responsibilities : Sales Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads. Conduct product or service presentations to prospective customers. Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Marketing : Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies. Coordinate promotional activities, events, or campaigns (online and offline). Contribute to content creation for brochures, emails, and social media. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics. Daily Tasks : Make outbound calls, field visits, or attend virtual meetings to pitch offerings. Follow up with leads and maintain lead pipelines. Update CRM systems with customer interactions and progress. Distribute promotional materials in high-footfall areas (if applicable). Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus. Willingness to travel or work on-field if required.
