Sales & Marketing Engineer - Control Panel

As a Sales & Marketing Engineer specializing in Electrical Control Panels, your role will involve driving sales growth, nurturing customer relationships, and offering tailored technical solutions to meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the industrial automation and control panel sectors. - Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable solutions from the product portfolio, such as PLC Panels, MCC Panels, PCC Panels, and Drive Panels. - Creating and delivering technical presentations and proposals to clients. - Collaborating with design and production teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with customers under the guidance of management. - Cultivating strong relationships with existing clients to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. - Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products and gather market insights. - Providing market feedback to aid in product development and strategic planning. - Compiling regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analyses. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of electrical control panels and automation products. - Proficiency in PLC systems, MCC/PCC panels, VFD/Drive panels, and control desk configurations. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results. - Willingness to travel for client visits and business development.
