We’re Hiring – Sales & Marketing Coordinator (US Shift)
Location: Indore (Work from Office)
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Experience: 1.5+ Years |

At Intellgus Services Pvt. Ltd., we’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator with excellent communication skills (US accent preferred) to strengthen our global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound & inbound calls with US-based clients
Schedule & coordinate meetings/appointments for Sales & Marketing teamsAct as a communication link between clients & internal teamsMaintain CRM – client records, follow-ups, and schedulesAssist in preparing presentations, proposals & marketing collateralsSupport smooth coordination of sales & marketing initiatives

Requirements

1.5+ years of experience in international calling, client communication, or coordination roles
Excellent spoken English (US accent preferred)Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing background is a plus)Strong organizational & multitasking skillsComfortable working in US Night Shift
