IT Support Executive

Location: Indore (Work from Office)
Working Days: 5.5 days
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Flexible as per business needs)

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and providing technical assistance to employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to internal teams and clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security measures are in place.
• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access control (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement and issue resolution.
• Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Support data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Hands-on experience with networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewalls).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
