• Work Days: 6-day field role

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our FMCG business across retail channels. The role involves handling in-store activations, sampling campaigns, store visits, relationship management, and daily reporting. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and passionate about FMCG field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail channel operations and in-store activities
• Execute product sampling, branding, and activation plans
• Build and maintain strong relations with retail stores
• Track sales performance and share daily/weekly reports
• Support sales growth through field visits and market insights
• Coordinate with internal teams for promotions and stock needs

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in FMCG/Retail sales or marketing
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Ability to handle field activities and meet targets
• Basic reporting and MS Excel skills
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Education

• Any Graduate (UG)
