Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be the central point of communication and execution for all sales, marketing, and activation activities across our retail, community, and institutional channels in Hyderabad. The person will be responsible for explaining products, coordinating with retail stores, apartment associations, and wellness partners to ensure maximum visibility and engagement for our brand.

Key Responsibilities1. Channel Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate with supermarkets, organic stores, cafés, and apartment communities to display and promote our products.
  • Manage launch activations, sampling drives, and weekend pop-ups across key outlets.
  • Ensure product placement, POS materials, and branding elements are properly displayed.
  • Track weekly and monthly sales reports from different retail and community channels.
  • Maintain relationships with store managers, distributors, and community heads.

2. Market Development & Promotions

  • Plan 4–8 community or apartment events per month to increase visibility.
  • Identify and onboard new retail and wellness outlets — gyms, yoga studios, health cafés, and corporate canteens.
  • Collaborate with nutritionists, promoters, and wellness partners to drive sampling and awareness.
  • Execute local marketing campaigns, in-store branding, and digital promotions to support product movement.

3. Partner & Promoter Management

  • Coordinate with distributors and promoters to maintain stock, product displays, and feedback loops.
  • Train promoters and in-store representatives to ensure consistent product communication and brand representation.
  • Collect feedback and insights from customers, store managers, and health promoters.

4. Market Insights & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly summaries on sales performance, product movement, and channel ROI.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking on pricing, packaging, and positioning.
  • Gather customer insights from pop-ups, digital inquiries, and events to refine marketing strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or MBA in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in FMCG / F&B / Retail Marketing / Food Promotions.
  • Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Energetic, creative, and self-driven with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with on-ground activations, fieldwork, and weekend campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and basic reporting.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and building brands from scratch.

Performance Metrics / KPIs

  • Sales Performance: Achievement of monthly sales & display targets.
  • Activation Execution: Minimum 4 community or retail events per month.
  • Partner Satisfaction: Positive feedback from store and distribution partners.
  • Reporting Discipline: Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Market Growth: Successful onboarding of new outlets or communities each quarter.

Compensation
