Position Overview The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in promoting our products, managing on-ground marketing coordination, and building strong relationships with store managers, apartment associations, and potential display partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, field coordination, and creative marketing in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities Explain and present product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers and partners. Coordinate with store owners, apartment managers, and local vendors to set up product displays and promotional materials. Support the marketing team in organizing on-ground promotions, events, and campaigns. Maintain detailed records of visits, meetings, leads, and conversions. Follow up with prospective clients and partners to ensure effective communication and timely action. Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth coordination of activities. Contribute ideas for local marketing strategies, display enhancements, and customer engagement initiatives. Monitor and report feedback from the field to improve sales strategies and product visibility. Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Friendly, approachable, and confident personality with a natural flair for building relationships. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a startup environment. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, manage field visits, and handle communication with diverse stakeholders. Experience in sales, marketing, retail coordination, or product promotion will be an added advantage. Basic understanding of digital or social media marketing is a plus.
