Sales & Marketing Associate

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend products.
• Drive sales through direct interactions, promotional offers, and upselling techniques.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, cafes, and event organizers for bulk orders.
• Track sales performance and customer feedback to improve service.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Support in organizing events, tastings, and product launches.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners for co-promotions and local outreach.
• Analyze marketing metrics and sales reports to suggest improvements.
• Maintain product displays and ensure pricing information is updated.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and supply chain for inventory management.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, banners, and promotional kits.
