Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation:

• Identify and generate qualified leads for interior design projects.
• Initiate and manage client outreach efforts to target homeowners, commercial space owners, and corporate clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and leads through calls, emails, and site visits.
• Convert leads into appointments and consultations for the design team.

Client Engagement:

• Meet with potential clients to present the firm's portfolio, and past projects.
• Understand client requirements and clearly communicate the firm's capabilities and offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure follow-ups and conversions.

Business Development:

• Regularly meet and network with builders, real estate developers, architects, and contractors to generate project collaborations.
• Build long-term partnerships with industry stakeholders to create consistent referral business.

Marketing & Brand Awareness:

• Identify and coordinate placement of branding materials (e.g., signages, hoardings, site boards).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across marketing materials.

Field Work & Market Research:

• Conduct on-ground surveys and visit potential project sites to assess business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident personality with strong networking abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
