Role Overview The Sales & Marketing Associate will support the General Manager (Sales & Marketing) in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of corporate and wellness clients while ensuring smooth execution of all sales, marketing, and client servicing activities. This is a growth-oriented role for an energetic and detail-focused individual who is eager to learn hospitality sales, client experience management, and brand positioning within a fast-growing corporate productivity and wellness hub. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Support Research and identify potential corporate, wellness, and travel industry leads. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead, pipeline, and client information. Support outreach activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking event prep. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client pitch materials. Track competitor offerings and market trends to provide insights for sales strategy. Client Experience Coordination Act as a support contact for guest groups before and during their stay, ensuring smooth communication. Coordinate with operations, wellness, and culinary teams to execute client requirements as per GM’s direction. Collect feedback forms and prepare structured reports for continuous improvement. Support event/retreat logistics, ensuring seamless execution of workshops, sessions, and group activities. Marketing & Brand Visibility Execution Assist in content preparation for social media, newsletters, and corporate communication. Coordinate with design/marketing vendors for collaterals, brochures, and promotional material. Help organize seasonal promotions, tie-ups, and small-scale activations. Maintain an updated database of corporate contacts, travel partners, and wellness agencies. Reporting & Analysis Track key sales and marketing metrics (lead conversion, campaign reach, occupancy levels). Prepare weekly dashboards for the GM covering pipeline status and campaign performance. Support revenue tracking and performance measurement initiatives. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,948.10 - ₹38,011.11 per month Work Location: In person
