Sales & Marketing Associate

As an Inside Sales Representative at our company, you will have a sales-heavy role where you will be responsible for managing the customer funnel from lead qualification to conversion. Your duties will include handling both inbound and outbound calls, conducting site visits, following up with leads, managing CRM workflows, and collaborating closely with families to ensure they choose Bodhi Life for their long-term needs. Additionally, you will provide support for online and offline marketing initiatives aimed at increasing visibility and attracting quality leads. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of inside sales or business development experience, with a preference for those with backgrounds in senior care, healthcare, real estate, or hospitality industries. Strong verbal communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to follow-through are essential qualities for this position. Prior experience working with CRM systems and a focus on driving conversions will be advantageous. Exposure to offline and digital marketing strategies would also be beneficial.
