Job Title: Sales Manager – South Delhi (Architect Segment)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our South Delhi territory, with a special focus on building strong relationships with architects and MNCs. The role involves driving sales, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets through strategic account management and proactive business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, and key project stakeholders.
  • Promote Sunshine Green Udyog’s Flooring and Cladding solutions to the target customer segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, design consultations, and specification discussions with architects.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the South Delhi region.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on leads, timely quotations, and closure of deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 years in sales, preferably in building materials, interior products, or related industries.
  • Network: Existing relationships with architects and designers will be an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of architectural specifications, project sales cycles, and premium product positioning.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,540.12 per month
