About the Role

Sales & Outreach Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 

  tele-calling

   to generate leads, follow up with inquiries, and schedule visits.
• Visit 

  elderly clients’ homes

   to explain Zealver Living services, assess requirements, and support onboarding.
• Meet 

  doctors, hospitals, healthcare experts, and referral partners

   to build relationships and increase referral inflow.
• Represent Zealver Living in community outreach activities and local engagement programs.
• Maintain daily logs of visits, calls, leads, and conversions on CRM.
• Coordinate closely with the operations team for assessments, move-ins, and onboarding processes.
• Work on Sundays as elderly visits and doctor meetings are usually scheduled that day (compensatory off in the week).

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 

  sales, field sales, healthcare outreach, or client relations

  .
• Comfortable with 

  extensive travel

   across the city (2–3 field visits per day).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle elderly clients with empathy and patience.
• Should be comfortable attending weekend or Sunday client/home visits.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare or senior care is an added advantage.
