Sales Manager




Key Responsibilities:


  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct product demos, discovery calls, and client presentations.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and feedback loops.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Work with customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and retention.




Requirements:


  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling to SMBs or mid-market businesses.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Zoom, and CRMs.
  • Self-starter with high ownership and a growth mindset.




Nice to Have:


  • Experience in AI, automation, or productivity software.
  • Prior experience in early-stage startups.
  • Understanding of lead gen tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).
