We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our outbound and inbound sales efforts. You’ll play a key role in generating revenue, building relationships with SMB clients, and shaping the future of how businesses adopt AI. Key Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Conduct product demos, discovery calls, and client presentations. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet business goals. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and feedback loops. Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts using CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Work with customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and retention. Requirements: 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience selling to SMBs or mid-market businesses. Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Zoom, and CRMs. Self-starter with high ownership and a growth mindset. Nice to Have: Experience in AI, automation, or productivity software. Prior experience in early-stage startups. Understanding of lead gen tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).
