Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client relationships, and driving sales conversions for our residential/commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, site visits, referrals, and online inquiries.
  • Manage and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, or channel partners.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits and close deals.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate project recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, updates, and market insights.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal closures.

Required Skills:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle clients independently and close deals efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate sales processes.
  • Local market knowledge and existing network in the real estate industry is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
