Job Description:

We are looking for a result-oriented and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales and business development, with a passion for building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and close deals effectively
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts

Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or client management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and deliver under pressure
• Knowledge of CRM software and basic reporting tools
• Goal-driven, with strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in IT/software services sales will be an added advantage
