We cater to various video production needs including Explainer Videos, Corporate Brand Videos, Product Demos, Customer Testimonials, and more. We are located in India, with further expansion plans to the UAE.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and driving revenue growth. The role involves both developing new client opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. This is a hybrid position based in Pune, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service Skills
• Sales Strategy Development and Market Research Skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Experience in video production or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Proven experience in business development and sales in Digital Marketing
• Strong networking and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to identify market trends and opportunities
• Knowledge of the video production industry is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Candidates residing in Mumbai/ Pune will be preferred.

• Salary: 20k-30k + Incentives
