Sales Manager

Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Set sales goals and targets for the team. Team Management Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team. Assign sales territories and monitor performance. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Handle major client accounts and resolve issues. Sales Forecasting & Reporting Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Analyze sales data and identify trends for improvement. Target Achievement Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and annual sales targets. Identify underperformance and take corrective actions. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Keep up with industry trends, pricing, and competitor products. Adapt sales techniques accordingly. Coordination with Other Departments Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Give feedback on customer needs and product improvements. Customer Satisfaction & Retention Ensure a high level of post-sale support and service. Improve customer loyalty and repeat business. Budget Management Manage the sales budget efficiently. Optimize resources for maximum ROI. Training & Development Provide continuous training to improve product knowledge and sales skills of the team.
