🎯 Job Purpose

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our MES solutions across the textile and plastics sectors.

The role focuses on building regional sales strategies, acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and driving value-based consultative selling.


🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Textile Engineering
  • 15+ years of experience in Sales — preferably in MES systems, ERP solutions, or industrial automation software
  • Experience in software sales within the textile industry, plastic industry, or related software applications will be an added advantage


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proposals to decision makers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate with global teams (Belgium & Italy) for solution implementation
  • Strengthen long-term customer relationships for upselling and account expansion
  • Track market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline reports
  • Represent BMSvision at industry events, trade shows, and technical forums

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and strategic selling abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (English & regional languages)
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Willingness to travel extensively
