Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager for our branch in Dindigul to lead our sales initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role where the Sales Manager will oversee the implementation of sales strategies, manage and mentor the sales team, and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities will involve identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Planning, Customer Acquisition, and Market Analysis
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Relationship Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Financial Services, Banking Operations, and Industry Compliance
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is advantageous
• Familiarity with Dindigul's local market will be considered an asset
