Job Description

· To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved · Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for products and through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships. · Maximize sales through a network and relationships to ensure strong business. · Develop and maintain strong liaisons with the clients for repeat business or referrals. · Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments for completion. · Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales. · Effectively use the customer contact from the data for pre and post sales · Handling critical customers who is difficult for the DSE's to handle · Identification of new area for bringing new business volume · Increased AD productivity through new initiatives · Monitoring the training adherence of the sales team and nominate for suitable for training where required · Defining Targets agreement with employees · Monitor and managing the Employee Evolution sheet for the Improvement and promotion · Explain sales teams & Condition record Details properly and review with Customer. · Actively participate in Sales and marketing Activities · Daily marketing activity 100% required - Leafleting or umbrella activity Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹224,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
