We are in Automobile sector and We do have dealership for Yamaha, Suzuki, Revolt and Ampere. for Each Brand we do have showrooms and workshops so currently we are looking for the general Manager of service who can take care of the all standards of the Workshops. Below is the roles and responsibility of General Manager. All targets achievement - Service & Spares Responsible for strategic planning for improvement of Business Revenue, Employee retention, customer satisfaction level & Customer retention. Monitor job quality through quality control inspections, comeback reports and complain. Monitoring of standard operating procedures time to time to provide quick and quality service. Making Sure Team Retention and planning is there for day to day operations happening smoothly. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
