Job Description

As a Sales Manager at TheSafetyMaster Private Limited, your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. You will be responsible for presenting a diverse range of Safety Consultancy, BBS, PSM, Software, IoT, Safety Digitalization, and PPE Supply offerings, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with the team to enhance client solutions and services will also be a key aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies - Identify new business opportunities - Nurture client relationships - Present Safety Consultancy, BBS, PSM, Software, IoT, Safety Digitalization, and PPE Supply offerings - Negotiate contracts - Meet sales targets - Collaborate with the team to enhance client solutions and services Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management - Solid understanding of Safety Consultancy, BBS, PSM, and Safety Digitalization - Proficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills - Experience with IoT, PPE Supply, and Safety Software (advantageous) - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team - Previous experience in the safety industry - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) If you are passionate about sales, have a knack for building strong client relationships, and possess the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role, we invite you to apply and be a part of our innovative and dynamic team at TheSafetyMaster Private Limited.,
