Job Description

Direct and manage the sales target of the showroom.
Develop and manage Internet and social media marketing programs for vehicle sales.
Ensure the sales department contributes assigned levels of gross and net profit.
Maintain traffic logs, sales logs and follow-up programs.
Manage the enquiries generated to ensure minimum 20% conversion.
Assist the GM with establishing realistic sales forecasts and goals.
Maintain discipline of the sales team.
Ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork.
Maintain compliance with all statutes and regulations governing motor vehicle sales and licensing.
Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives.
Develop promotional campaigns in conjunction with the parts and service departments.
Ensure sales objectives are allotted to personnel in accordance with their skill levels.
Ensure individual sales targets of the executives are met every month.
Ensure team sales targets are met every month.
Maintain the required manpower for optimum results.
Review of the sales team to ensure necessary correction for achieving sales targets.
Training of the sales team for optimum performance.
Collaborate with department managers and leadership team to achieve organizational goals, budgets and growth.
Provide sales data and performance reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
