Accomplish key reporting tasks CRM management, Revenue projections, margin forecast. Maintain and update the CRM system with client and sales information. Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking sales numbers, and preparing reports. Help with documentation, follow-ups, and internal communications. Work closely with other departments. Finance- Revenue accrual and forecast. Marketing - driving campaigns Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations and proposals. Follow up on Purchase orders and collections Cold calling Driving and managing Small and Medium accounts. Requirements: Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
