We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating qualified leads, meeting prospective buyers, conducting site visits, and guiding clients through the complete sales process for our residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for explaining project details, understanding customer requirements, offering suitable unit options, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. Key responsibilities include managing enquiries, maintaining follow-ups, negotiating terms, closing deals, and achieving monthly sales targets. The Sales Executive must build strong customer relationships, maintain accurate sales records, coordinate with CRM and marketing teams, and provide exceptional client service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling clients, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Prior real estate sales experience is preferred.
