Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will manage and drive sales efforts by identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships, creating sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize outreach efforts. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Client Retention
Expertise in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Business Development
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting targets and deadlines
Experience with Sales Strategies, Reporting, and Data Analysis tools
Familiarity with the education or coaching sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for driving growth
