As a Sales Manager at Surya Plastics Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the plastic injection molding industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, approaching, and developing new business opportunities with industrial customers. - Visiting manufacturing units to showcase our company's capabilities in plastic injection molding. - Engaging with purchase managers, production heads, and decision-makers to generate and close business deals. - Understanding technical specifications of components and collaborating with the design and production teams. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Cultivating strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. - Preparing sales reports and offering market insights to the management for informed decision-making. Qualifications: - Ideal candidates should hold a B.E. / B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Tool Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering. - Possessing Plastics-specific Diplomas from esteemed institutions like CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology) or equivalent will be advantageous.
