🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Security & Automation Products
📍 Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager with strong technical expertise to drive sales of our security & automation products, including DFMD, HHMD, Turnstiles, Flap Barriers, and Boom Barriers. The role requires client engagement, business development, and team leadership.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Drive business opportunities in government & corporate sectors
• Lead product demos, presentations & negotiations
• Manage sales team performance & build client relationships
• Collaborate with technical teams for project-specific solutions
🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Electronics/Engineering/Business
• 4–6 years of technical sales experience (security/automation preferred)
• Strong knowledge of access control & security systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
• Willingness to travel
