Job Description

As a Sales Manager for the South Korea region, you will be responsible for leading business development and sales efforts. You should have a deep understanding of automation and robotics solutions, along with a strong network within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing industries. Your track record should demonstrate success in complex channel and B2B solution sales. - Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to meet revenue targets in South Korea. - Prospect, track, and close deals effectively. - Identify and onboard partners to expand geographic and vertical coverage, managing the channel network. - Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, operations heads, and innovation teams. - Act as the main point of contact for partners, conducting client presentations, technical product demonstrations, and site visits. - Support customers to accelerate the sales process by recommending tailored solutions. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine the sales strategy. - Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and regional events. - Utilize CRM tools for accurate sales forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting. - Coordinate marketing, operational, localization, and administrative tasks within the assigned region. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 1 year in robotics, automation, intralogistics, or related fields. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the South Korea market and Korean clients overseas projects. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and travel across the region as required (up to 50%). Preferred Skills & Traits: - Technical background or familiarity with robotics software or automation systems. - Fluency in Korean (required); additional regional languages(such as English) are an asset. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.,
