Job Overview: -

As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, lending institutions, fintech companies, and other financial organizations. Your primary focus will be on expanding the companys portfolio of BFSI software products, increasing revenue streams, and building long-term relationships to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities within the BFSI technology space.
  • Analyse customer needs, regulatory changes, and industry developments to tailor software solutions accordingly.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint.

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify, initiate, and strengthen partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintech firms, and credit unions.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and structure partnership agreements that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies for BFSI software solutions.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-value clients in domestic and international markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, C-suite executives, and financial institutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored technology-driven solutions.

Product Development and Innovation

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance BFSI software products and services.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory updates, and fintech innovations to drive product evolution.
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process automation in financial services.

Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Set aggressive revenue targets and develop high-impact sales strategies to exceed business goals.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure using a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline metrics, and market trends, providing strategic insights to senior management.

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all engagements.
  • Assess potential risks in partnership and client engagements, implementing robust mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to maintain governance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/masters degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships in the

    BFSI domain

    .
  • Experience in

    software product sales

    within BFSI is mandatory.
  • International market sales experience

    with prior Indian market exposure is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI products, fintech innovations, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and managing strategic financial partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a track record of achieving revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in BFSI is a plus.

Location: Open Candidates can be based anywhere in India (PAN India)
