Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Morbi for a Sales Manager specializing in Solar EPC in Gujarat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Gujarat region, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle. Daily tasks will include market research, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with various internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, particularly in the solar energy or EPC sector
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Knowledge of solar energy products, market trends, and industry regulations
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Gujarat region
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Experience in leading a sales team is a plus
