Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent follow-ups to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Punctuality & Discipline: Ensure daily morning meetings are conducted on time, with clear goals and strategies outlined for the team.
Maintaining Office Working Hours: Implement a system for tracking client
interactions, ensuring team members consistently update by end of day.
Accuracy in Closing Deals: Oversee high-stakes negotiations with attention to detail,
ensuring error-free proposals and contracts.
Innovating Under Pressure: Respond swiftly to market shifts, particularly toward
