Sales Manager

1. Job Purpose

To generate sales, build client relationships, promote roofing products/services, and contribute to revenue growth for Skyline Roofing & Co. through effective field sales and customer engagement.

2. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and approach potential customers, contractors, builders, and dealers.

Conduct field visits to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Promote roofing sheets, accessories, and company services.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Provide product information, pricing details, and quotations.

Address customer inquiries and assist with product selection.

Market Research

Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.

Collect insights and share with management for strategy improvement.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and submit daily sales reports.

Maintain records of leads, client visits, and sales performance.

Coordinate with the office team for invoicing, delivery, and customer follow-up.

Coordination

Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of roofing materials.

Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

3. Skills & Qualifications

Education: Minimum HSC or Graduate (preferred).

Experience: 0–3 years in sales; roofing or construction materials experience is an advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to conduct field sales and travel as required.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
