The Senior Relationship Manager/ AVP- DSA Sales is responsible for onboarding and engaging with DSAs, forming channel strategies, identifying new initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, and training regional DSA heads. The role requires 5-8 years of experience with a DSA Aggregator, high sales orientation, and strong understanding of credit operations.



Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and engaging with DSAs (connector-based DSAs and call center DSAs) across the country.
  • Owning and forming channel strategy, schemes, payout mechanisms, and IT/tech interventions required, additionally need to implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes, and growth.
  • Identifying new initiatives to grow the channel and implementing them on the ground.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on the ground and maximize daily delivery.
  • Setting up processes for file pickup for disbursement from partners & manage the timely turnaround of individual case files.
  • Training and mentoring regional DSA heads/DSA KAMs, as well as external partners and their connectors and callers on a regular basis, providing them with pointed feedback to grow delivery.



Knowledge and skills that will make you successful:
  • Proven experience in DSA Sales, preferably as a DSA Aggregator, with a minimum of 5-8 years.
  • Strong sales orientation and the ability to consistently meet sales targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle complex client situations.
  • Prior experience in the BFSI sector, with a preference for immediate joiners.
  • Deep understanding of credit operations, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Ability to strategize and implement new initiatives for channel growth.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations.
  • Strong mentoring and training skills, with experience in providing feedback for growth.
